I sort of knew what this movie was about going in. I knew I liked Wes Anderson
movies, (or at least I find them interesting and though provoking.) After the
first 15 minutes I was bored to tears and thought maybe I had made a mistake.
But then everything changed. The character development, the humor and the
content were just perfect. The mix of whimsy and real emotions that I could
relate to were perfect. All the cast members really contributed. I think this
movie is one of my favorites of the year.
Plus the rescue scene is one of the best scenes like this ever! Rent this! And
thank goodness that Gwyneth wasn't in this one!
